Take a moment… or two. Consider calming your mind, relaxing your body and cultivating a kind and caring connection with yourself and others. Well… here are the instructions how. This “album” has been created in hopes that you will find it easy to listen to throughout your days and give you the tools to be more at ease more often in your life. It’s simpler than you might think.
Benefits of mindfulness include stress relief, decreasing anxiety, increasing ability to stay focused, enhancing interpersonal relationships, releasing ruminating thought patterns, connecting with joy, boosting overall health and well-being. This is all within your ability and it is available to you right now.
This album has 8 simple guided meditations and 4 instructional tracks about what mindfulness is; how to find a posture that suits your body; what is a body sensation and why we practice kindness.
I am offering the album in this way as an experiment. There is a small price and an option to pay more. If you find that something like this feeds and nourishes your body, heart and mind and you notice it is of great value to you, feel into what it is worth to you to have this with you so you are able to practice anytime, anywhere. If you have the means and you are able to give more than the base price, please practice generosity in knowing that you are contributing to the possibility of mindfulness spreading far and wide through my life and all others who I connect with through my work. Your generosity supports me to offer these resources to folks who pay at the base rate allowing them to receive the gifts of health and wellness as well.
I do my best to never turn people away for lack of funds. By giving what you are able to, please take time to enjoy FEELING GOOD about your generosity. Also know the immense gratitude that I have for you and the ability it gives me to continue doing the work I do. To continue training and educating myself and also taking time to practice what I preach! Any funds from this project will go directly towards continuing my work and studies in this field.
